Man from trailer arrested in connection with shooting in which one woman was injured

MOBILE, Alabama (WKRG) – Mobile police arrested a man over the weekend in connection with a July 13 shooting that left one person injured.

According to a Mobile Police spokesperson, 37-year-old Jamarcus Darnell Brown of Mobile was identified during the investigation and arrested on Saturday, July 27.


The shooting occurred on July 13 at approximately 2:40 a.m. in the 1900 block of St. Stephens Road.

LOCATION:

Officers found a man on scene with non-life-threatening injuries. He was taken to a local hospital.

Brown, who remains incarcerated in Metro Jail, is now charged with first-degree assault.
