One man was killed and another injured in a shooting in north Phoenix

PHOENIX (AZFamily) — One man is dead and another is injured after a shooting late Thursday night in north Phoenix.

Police said officers responded to the shooting near 32nd Lane and Mandalay Lane around 11:20 p.m.

Two men were found with gunshot wounds and taken to hospital. One was pronounced dead from his injuries and the other is in non-life-threatening condition, Phoenix police said.

Investigators are currently investigating the shooting. The crime scene remains closed, police said. Details on a suspect were not immediately released.
