BOSTON (WJW) – A large turkey started a fight with a car in Boston and the video of his attack is going viral.

A Boston woman was shocked to learn that a turkey had caused significant damage to her car.

According to the video post on TikTok, a neighbor actually witnessed and filmed the turkey attack. He left a message for the car owner saying, “Hi! I live across the street from your parked car and I just watched (and filmed) a huge turkey attack your car for over 15 minutes! It looks pretty scratched up. I tried to shoo it away but it ignored me.”

Alicia Mastroianni, the owner of the vehicle, posted a TikTok with a video of the neighbor and photos showing the damage.

The caption of the video read, “Moving to Boston…gets car attacked by a turkey…wasn’t on my list of things to be prepared for in the city.” She also tagged several auto insurance companies and media outlets.

The video shows the turkey pecking at the car, leaving scratches. Part of the audio can be heard saying, “Oh, no, no, no, no, no.” The turkey can also be seen flying up and kicking the driver’s side window.

According to WBZ-TV, Massachusetts Environmental Police said the turkey most likely saw its reflection in the outside of the car and perceived it as a threat.
