Police investigate fatal shooting Sunday night in Oklahoma City, suspect fled

OKLAHOMA CITY (OKH) — Oklahoma City police are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred around 8:25 p.m. Sunday near South Walker Avenue and Southwest 23rd Street.

Police believe the suspect and the victim were involved in an altercation when the victim was shot.

The victim was taken to OU Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.

The suspect fled.

No arrests were made.

The identity of the victim will be kept secret until next of kin are notified.
