One seriously injured in truck accident in Lancaster County, state police investigating

LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) – Pennsylvania State Police are reconstructing a crash that left a driver seriously injured in Elizabethtown County.

According to Pennsylvania State Police, a Ram 1500 was traveling at a high rate of speed on Linden Avenue before driving over a curb and hitting a tree at 435 N Hanover Street. The driver sustained serious injuries and was taken to Penn State Hershey Medical Center.

PSP said the Elizabethtown County Police Department has called police to investigate the cause and nature of the incident. Police will reconstruct the accident to assist in the investigation.

The driver’s condition is currently unknown. State police did not disclose when exactly the accident occurred.
