The Atlanta Decorative Arts Center (ADAC) has announced the expansion of ADAC Design Studios, adding 17 designer and architect offices to the Peachtree Hills Avenue campus.

The new office suite spans 12,500 square feet, totaling 50,000 square feet spread across more than 40 offices created specifically for ADAC and ADAC West designers and architects.

The new office suite will be located on the second floor near The Hungry Peach café and will include shared conference rooms, unisex bathrooms, a break room with kitchenette and a common area.

The estimated completion date of the ADAC design studios is the first quarter of 2025.

“We are beyond excited to expand and add an additional suite of studios to our campus. The decision was an easy one to make, given the high demand for a studio and the interest from many designers in expanding their footprint,” ADAC Executive Director Katie Miner said in a statement. “This expansion is not only about providing an enhanced space, but also about enriching creativity, fostering collaboration, innovation, and shaping the future of our environment here at ADAC.”

In addition to the new design office suite, some current tenants are expanding their space to showcase their work and accommodate more clients and projects.

“The entire Tish Mills Interiors team is thrilled to be moving to the new Design Studios on the 2nd floor. I love the convenience, inspiration, and overall support that our Studio at ADAC has provided us for over 18 years,” said Tish Mills Kirk, Owner of Tish Mills Interiors. “This new chapter and location will continue to allow my team to see the latest in design in our own backyard, allowing the entire building to feel like an extension of our office and team. I can’t wait to move in and get settled in.”
