1 flown out by helicopter after stunt accident at Jackson County Fair

MAQUOKETA, Iowa (KWQC) – One person was flown out by helicopter after a failed stunt attempt at the Jackson County Fair.

According to the Iowa State Patrol, the driver was supposed to jump through a motor home, but instead drove into the motor home.

The driver then lost consciousness and the car continued driving along the highway until it came to a stop after hitting a shed.

The driver was rescued and then flown by helicopter to the University of Iowa Hospital.

The driver’s condition is still unknown.
