Irondequoit police investigate ‘suspicious package’ near Border Patrol

ROCHESTER, NY (WROC) — Irondequoit Police closed Pattonwood Drive on Monday to investigate a suspicious package.

The road was closed from Thomas Avenue to Timrod Drive. Police told News 8 the package was found near the Border Patrol office.

The Irondequoit Police Department and the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office are investigating the case and will release updates throughout the day.
