Waterloo man arrested on Seneca Falls warrant – Finger Lakes Daily News

Seneca Falls police arrested a Waterloo man on a warrant for failure to appear in court.

Matthew Garneau is accused of failing to appear in court on charges of conspiracy and several traffic violations.

An arrest warrant was issued against the 23-year-old and he was taken into custody with the assistance of the New York State Police.

Garneau was transported to the Seneca County Jail for arraignment in CAP Court.
