Bradley County EMS responds to a burning car accident

BRADLEY COUNTY, Tenn. (WDEF) – On Saturday evening, Bradley County Emergency Services responded to a serious vehicle accident on Spring Place Road near Million Dr.

To avoid the stopped traffic, the vehicle drove into a ditch, where it overturned and caught fire.

With the help of passers-by, both occupants managed to leave the car before it caught fire.

Both passengers were wearing seat belts.

The driver was flown to Erlanger by Life Force Air Medical in serious condition with non-life-threatening injuries.

The male passenger was transported by ambulance to Tennova in stable condition with minor injuries.

Bradley County Emergency Services would like to thank the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office, Tennessee Highway Patrol and Bradley County Fire Department for their quick response to the scene.
