Three shootings in Harrisburg under investigation

HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) – Three shootings Saturday night are being investigated in Harrisburg, police said.

Three people suffered non-life-threatening injuries in the unrelated incidents.


The first shooting occurred around 5 p.m. at the corner of 6th and Radnor Streets. A victim was found with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound and was taken to a local hospital for treatment.

According to the police, this was an isolated case.

At around 10 p.m., another shooting occurred at the corner of 18th and Chestnut streets. A man suffered a gunshot wound that was not life-threatening, and the victim was uncooperative, police said.

The third incident occurred shortly before midnight on Reel Street, where another man sustained non-life-threatening injuries.

No arrests have been made and the shootings are not related. There is no danger to the public, police said.
