1 dead after shooting in Hayward on Sunday morning

(KRON) — One person was killed in a shooting in Hayward Sunday morning, according to Hayward Police. The shooting occurred around 11:15 a.m. in the 900 block of W Tennyson Road.

According to HPD, two people were shot. The other victim is in the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

As of Sunday evening, no arrests have been made. We currently have no information on suspects.

The shooting occurred several blocks west of Tennyson Park. Further information was not immediately available.
