Top 3 Things We Learned From Day 4 of Bills Training Camp

TE Dawson Knox and WR Mack Hollins talk about the unselfish nature of Buffalo’s wide receivers

With so much talk surrounding the receivers room, the one constant on offense has been the tight end room. Kincaid and Knox both return — and Knox is excited to bounce back this year after dealing with injuries during the 2023 season.

“Last year I felt like there was a lot that was out of my control, with the wrist injury, trying to play through it all, ended up needing surgery, missed a good chunk of the season, came back, we had a good run with Joe, and he was already making his changes to the offense, but I think having a whole offseason with him as the coordinator, kind of getting the new guys into the building, starting to build that chemistry, I think everybody’s excited to get back on the field,” Knox said.

Like any other group, there’s some competition in the tight end room behind Knox and Kincaid, but he appreciates what each player brings to the table. Quintin Morris and Zach Davidson are vying for their spots on the roster.

“It’s fun to have Zach here after last year, he was dealing with an ACL all year, but Q (Quintin Morris) is also very consistent,” Knox said. “It’s honestly hard to look at it as a tight end battle because we love both of those guys so much and they bring so much energy to the team. They always do the right thing… It’s like every day one of them makes a big play, and then you look the other way and the next guy makes a big play.”
