Man in hospital after shooting in Kensington, police investigating

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) — Philadelphia police are trying to determine what led to a shooting in Kensington early Sunday morning.

It happened around 4:30 a.m. at the intersection of 2nd Street and Cambria Street.

Officers said they found the victim with two gunshot wounds, one in the abdomen and one in the thigh.

They took him to the hospital, where his condition remains critical.

According to investigators, they arrested a man with a gun at the scene.

It is unclear whether the man was involved in the shooting.
