17 people were arrested by the Highway Patrol in northern Missouri from May 6-9, 2024

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a total of 17 arrests in various northern Missouri counties from May 6-9, 2024. These arrests were primarily for violations such as drug possession, driving violations and probation violations.

Parker, Jerrica L., a 34-year-old woman from Kirksville, MO, was arrested on May 7, 2024 and is facing multiple charges including aggravated possession of methamphetamine, illegal possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under the influence (DWI). Other charges against her included failing to place a vehicle as far to the right as possible when it was not in motion, failing to drive on the right side of the road and failing to register a motor vehicle. After her arrest, Parker was turned over to medical personnel.

Gollaher, Jeremiah C., a 36-year-old man from Hannibal, MO, was arrested on May 7, 2024 for a probation violation and operating a motor vehicle without a valid license. He is currently being held in the Marion County Jail on bond conditions.

Barr, Robert R., 52, of Kahoka, MO, was arrested on May 8, 2024, for DUI-related charges of DUI and driving without a valid license. After his arrest, he was fired from the Clark County Sheriff’s Department.

Morehead, Robert E., age 24, from Brunswick, MO, was taken into custody on May 9, 2024. He was charged with, among other things, resisting arrest by fleeing, tampering with a witness and several traffic violations such as speeding and driving without a valid license or insurance. Morehead was subsequently released on a citation.

Ehrlichman, Elizabeth R., a 63-year-old man from Villa Ridge, MO, was arrested on May 9, 2024 for DUI, Speeding, Passing a Vehicle and Obstructing Oncoming Traffic. Ehrlichman was released on a citation from the location of his arrest in Ralls County.

Elciniste, BerlinThe 31-year-old from Naples, Florida, was charged with DUI – DUI – 1st offense, driving without a valid license and speeding (98 mph in a 65 mph zone), among other charges. He was arrested on May 9, 2024 and released from the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office.

Miller, John M., a 46-year-old man from St. Joseph, MO, was arrested on May 6, 2024 in Buchanan County on a warrant related to a probation violation of failure to support and driving while revoked. He remains in custody at the Buchanan County Law Enforcement Center.

Taylor, Shon W., 35, also of St. Joseph, MO, was arrested on May 6, 2024, for multiple offenses including operating a motor vehicle without financial responsibility, driving under revocation and failure to wear a seat belt. He was being held at the Buchanan County Law Enforcement Center.

Younger, Irina V., 64, of Maryville, MO, was arrested on May 6, 2024, on misdemeanor charges of DWI as a prior offender and negligent and careless driving in connection with a motor vehicle accident. Younger was released for medical treatment after the arrest.

Wilson, Joseph W.38 years old, from Rock Port, MO, arrested on May 6, 2024 for Aggravated Domestic Violence and booked into the Andrew County Jail for 24 hours.

Hutcherson, Brianna R., a 25-year-old woman from St. Joseph, MO, was facing multiple charges including tampering with a motor vehicle, resisting by fleeing, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and outstanding warrants. She was arrested on May 7, 2024 and held at the Buchanan County Law Enforcement Center under a 24-hour hold.

Cooper, Tara L., 39, of St. Joseph, MO, was arrested on May 7, 2024 for Tampering with a Motor Vehicle, Resisting by Fleeing, Possession of a Narcotic Drug and an outstanding warrant. She was also held at the Buchanan County Law Enforcement Center for 24 hours.

Page, Tonya K., 41, of St. Joseph, MO, was charged with Tampering with a Motor Vehicle and Resisting by Eluding. She was arrested on May 7, 2024 and held at the Buchanan County Law Enforcement Center for 24 hours.

Antles, Alan M., a 30-year-old man from Indianola, IA, was charged with Tampering with a Motor Vehicle and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm. He was arrested on May 8, 2024 and held at the Clinton County Sheriff’s Department for 24 hours.

Enkhbold, Tursaikhan, 23, of Arlington, VA, was arrested on May 9, 2024, for multiple traffic violations, including exceeding the posted speed limit and operating a vehicle without a valid driver’s license. He was being held on bond conditions in Andrew County.

Thomas, Jonathan R., 25, of Cainsville, MO, was arrested on May 9, 2024 for Exceeding the Speed ​​Limit, Careless and Imprudent Driving, Failure to Resist an Emergency Vehicle and DWI Drugs. He remains in custody at the Daviess DeKalb Regional Jail for 24 hours.

Black, Mitchell L., 52, of St. Joseph, MO, was arrested on May 9, 2024 for Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine), Illegal Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Trespassing. He was held at the Buchanan County Law Enforcement Center for 24 hours.
