Fatal multi-vehicle accident in New Haven

The passenger of one of three cars involved in an accident on Middletown Avenue in New Haven was pronounced dead at the scene.
The news of the deaths came after the Hyundai, Infiniti and Ford collided shortly before 2 a.m. on Saturday.
According to police, several people were taken from the car to Yale New Haven Hospital with minor to life-threatening injuries.
The fatality at the scene of the accident was a passenger who was pulled out of the Hyundai.
