Texans tight end impressed with Stefon Diggs’ work: ‘That dude is crazy, man’

The reviews are in and Stefon Diggs is an absolute hit with his Houston Texans teammates. Diggs was traded to Houston by the Buffalo Bills with a bad reputation, but so far, all the anecdotes we’ve heard from the Texans have been overwhelmingly positive, both about his work on the field and his winning personality.

Here’s Houston tight end Brevin Jordan speaking to reporters after yesterday’s training camp practice, praising Diggs’ talent and motor.

Jordan is currently the No. 2 tight end on the depth chart behind Dalton Schultz, and one spot ahead of rookie Cade Stover, whom he’ll have to push past to hold that spot. Last season, he recorded 17 receptions, 219 yards and two touchdowns in limited action.

As for Diggs, he’ll likely become franchise quarterback C.J. Stroud’s No. 1 target, but Nico Collins might have something to say about that. Last year, he led the team with 109 targets.
