Lexington police search for missing 83-year-old

LEXINGTON, Ky (LEX 18) – A Golden Alert was issued early Saturday morning for a missing Lexington man.

Stephen Hatfield, 83, was last seen near Harrodsburg Road around midnight on Saturday.

According to police, Hatfield is approximately 5’10” tall and weighs 175 pounds. He was last seen wearing striped white boxer shorts, a dark T-shirt and no shoes.

Hatfield suffers from dementia and was last seen on foot, according to police.

Anyone with information about Hatfield’s whereabouts is asked to call 911.
