Man seriously injured in hit-and-run pedestrian accident in Parma

ROCHESTER, NY (WROC) – The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office is asking for help in identifying the driver and vehicle that struck a pedestrian in Parma early Saturday morning.

A 20-year-old man suffered serious injuries after being struck while walking in the 1200 block of West Avenue at around 2:43 a.m. He was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital.

According to MCSO, the vehicle left the scene of the accident.

Deputies are asking anyone with information to call 911.
