Montgomery County man killed in motorcycle crash in Colebrookdale Township

A Montgomery County man was killed when his motorcycle collided with a tractor-trailer on Route 73 in Colebrookdale Township.

Joseph S. Turi, 24, of Upper Perkiomen Township, was pronounced dead by the Berks County Coroner’s Office at Reading Hospital shortly after noon Friday.

The cause of death was multiple blunt force trauma, the coroner said. The death was classified as an accident.

An autopsy is not planned.

The next of kin have been notified.
