A few pleasant days before the storms return on Sunday and Monday

HOUSTON (KIAH) – After extreme hailstorms in Texas on Thursday, a calm is settling in for a few days. Then the storms return Sunday and Monday with the potential for a few inches of rain.

For now, thanks to a weak cold front Thursday evening, it’s feeling nicer with drier air Friday. It will still be warm, with highs in the upper 80s.
