David Roddy traded from Phoenix Suns to Atlanta Hawks

David Roddy appears to be on the move again.

Phoenix Suns forward Roddy is being traded to the Atlanta Hawks, according to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski. Roddy will join Atlanta while forward EJ Liddell will join Phoenix, according to Wojnarowski.

This is the second trade in less than six months for the former Colorado State basketball star. He was traded from Memphis to Phoenix in February.

Roddy played 65 regular-season games with the Grizzlies and Suns last year, averaging 6.5 points, 3.2 rebounds and 1.2 assists in 18.1 minutes. He played for the Suns in the recently concluded Summer League after playing a minimal role on the team following the midseason trade.
