Man wanted for murder in Colorado arrested in Horizon

EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A 30-year-old man wanted for murder in Colorado was arrested in Horizon, according to the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office.

The sheriff’s office said its Warrant and Fugitive Apprehension Unit, in conjunction with the Adams (Colorado) County Sheriff’s Office, investigated the whereabouts of 30-year-old Devin Franklin on Thursday, July 25.

Officers found Franklin in the 1600 block of Horizon, took him into custody and booked him into the El Paso County Jail without bail.

According to the sheriff’s office, Franklin was a fugitive wanted for murder in Colorado.
