Police search for endangered woman from Rochester

ROCHESTER, NY – Rochester Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a woman who may need assistance.

Kelly Taylor, 29, was last seen on Valley Street in the city at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 25.

She wore a light blue halter top and glasses.

She is 1.62 m tall and weighs 82 kg. She is white, has brown hair and blue eyes.

According to police, she suffers from post-traumatic stress disorder and diabetes and may need medical attention.
