Fatal accident in Beeville claims the life of a 68-year-old man

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas – We also learned of a fatal accident in Beeville that occurred last Friday.

According to the police report, a single vehicle overturned on 1-81, south of Skidmore.

According to investigators, a car left the road and landed on the right shoulder. There, the driver lost control of the vehicle and rolled over several times.

According to police, 68-year-old Michael Fletcher was not wearing a seat belt.

He was taken to a nearby hospital with serious injuries and later died.
