SPD: 3-year-old kidnapped in domestic incident

SAVANNAH, Georgia (WSAV) – The Savannah Police Department (SPD) is searching for a three-year-old who was allegedly kidnapped by an armed and dangerous man.

According to SPD, the toddler, Kiara Raynor, was abducted Wednesday morning during a “domestic incident” in the 200 block of Sunderland Drive.

The department describes the suspected kidnapper, Tamorris Raynor, 27, as 6 feet 3 inches tall and weighing 165 pounds.

He is considered armed and dangerous.
