Naked Bath man allegedly threatened to kill police officers – Finger Lakes Daily News

Less than 24 hours after his release from prison, a Bath man was arrested for causing a disturbance in the Steuben County town of Bath by being completely naked in public.

Officers were met on West Washington Street by Shaun Haynes, who police say was under the influence of dangerous drugs. The 25-year-old screamed at officers and threatened to kill them. He is also accused of spitting in the direction of an officer and attempting to fight with others.

Haynes, who is on parole until 2029, was charged with disorderly conduct.
