Louisiana man wanted arrested by Otter Tail County SWAT in Perham, Minn. | The Mighty 790 KFGO

PERHAM, MINN. (KFGO) – A man wanted on a warrant in Louisiana was arrested in Perham, Minnesota around 1 p.m. Tuesday.

The Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office said 48-year-old Cleveland Mingo was arrested on a search warrant at an apartment located at 911 Jenny Avenue.

Due to the nature of the warrants, the Otter Tail County SWAT team was deployed and Mingo was taken into custody without incident.

Perham Police and the Minnesota BCA assisted with the arrest.
