Missing person and endangered person report issued for 79-year-old man from Charlotte

CHARLOTTE, NC (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing Charlotte man.

According to Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police, a missing person and endangered person report has been issued for Fred Willie Dunlap, 79. He was last seen on July 19 at his home on Bobby Lane near the Cotswolds.

Dunlap is described as a black male, 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighing 120 pounds.

He reportedly has several health problems that he does not keep to himself and his family members are concerned about his well-being.

Anyone with information on Dunlap’s whereabouts should call 911.
