The Lancaster County District Attorney’s Office has since charged him with first- and third-degree sexual abuse of a child, with two victims both under the age of eight.

At a brief hearing Tuesday, Lancaster County District Court Judge Timothy Phillips set his bail at $1 million.

The abuse is said to have taken place in Anderson’s home earlier this year.

The older of the children told a relative in June after she and her brother were placed with the relative following their father’s death.

In forensic interviews, the girl described several sexual assaults and her brother reported inappropriate touching.
