Eric McCoy, 13, shows us around his neighborhood

The Cost of Living Project is about more than just high housing and rent prices; we want to talk about food, schools, healthcare and how we get around. What does everyday life look like for you, your family, and your community? Late last year, we invited students to participate in an experiment: We gave them each $100 and a disposable camera and asked them: What is it like to live where you live?

Here’s the answer from 13-year-old Eric McCoy.
