Missing Buffalo teen last seen in Olean

OLEAN, NY — The Erie County Sheriff’s Office and the Buffalo Police Department are seeking the community’s help in locating 17-year-old Robert Kemp.

Robert was reported missing from Buffalo on July 22 and was last seen in the Olean area. He was wearing blue plaid pants and a black hooded sweatshirt.

Police describe Robert as a black man with brown eyes and black hair. He is 6 feet 1 inch tall and weighs approximately 130 pounds.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call the NYS Missing Persons Clearinghouse at 1-800-346-3543.
