Hallsville man seriously injured in Montgomery County car crash – KXEO

A Hallsville man suffered serious injuries in a car crash in Montgomery County in the early hours of Monday, July 22, 2024.

According to the Missouri Highway Patrol accident report, the accident occurred when a 2008 Mack 600, driven by 34-year-old Gregory A. Rasmussen of Hallsville, went off the road at mile marker 183 on eastbound I-70.

The vehicle overturned and hit the central conductor cable.

Rasmussen was flown by helicopter to Mercy Hospital in St. Louis.

An 11-year-old boy from Hallsville suffered minor injuries and was taken to University Hospital for treatment.
