Arrests

CCSO arrested Jennifer Marie James, 32, on July 3 for bail violation. Bail was set at $1,500 cash or surety.

The CCSO arrested 34-year-old Oscar Raul Pachilla-Ordonez on June 21 for probation violation. He was held without bail.

CCSO arrested Bruce Phillip Forinash, 51, on June 25 for domestic violence. Bail was set at $1,000 cash or surety. CCSO also arrested Forinash on July 8 for probation violation. Bail was set at $1,000 cash or surety.

The CCSO arrested Nathaniel Martin Ervin, 52, on July 5 for possession of depressants, stimulants, hallucinogens, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while prohibited, carrying an open container, obstructing judicial proceedings or official duty, and failure to stop at a stop sign. Ervin was released on bail granted by the Clay County District Court.

Devon Alexis Romero, 20, was arrested June 18 on a Riley County warrant for failure to appear in court. Bail was set at $2,000 cash or surety.

Sarah Ruth Thomas-Bolton, 49, was arrested June 21 on two warrants from other counties for failure to appear in court. She was released on bail in one case and on $500 cash or surety bail in the other.

CCPD arrested 30-year-old Cody Charles Vanegmond on June 29 for domestic violence. Bail was set at $500 cash or surety.
