Missing person report for man from Xenia lifted

An adult missing person report has been lifted after a Xenia man disappeared Monday evening.

According to Xenia police, George Wright left his apartment to go to the Hollywood Casino and did not return.

The Greene County Sheriff wrote on social media that Mr. Wright had been located and work was underway to bring him home safely.

A missing person report was issued for a man from Xenia on Monday evening.

Xenia police said George Wright left his apartment to go to the Hollywood Casino and did not return.

According to police, it is unknown which Hollywood Casino location Wright was heading to.

Wright suffers from dementia, has a pacemaker and has poor night vision.

He is described as 5’7″ tall, weighing 215 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

His vehicle is a dark blue 2021 Nissan Rogue with Ohio license plate KGC5180.

If you see Wright or his vehicle, police ask you to call 911.
