Rescue workers spotted on duty near a park

Rescue workers were spotted at an incident near a park.

On Monday evening, three ambulances were photographed outside Cambuslang Park on Greenlees Road.

They were seen at around 7pm by an eyewitness who told the Glasgow Times he thought they were an emergency unit.

Meanwhile, another report on social media reported several rescue workers near the park.

The nature of this incident is currently unknown.

Police Scotland and the Scottish Ambulance Service have been contacted for comment.
