Penn Yan woman arrested on five warrants – Finger Lakes Daily News

A Penn Yan woman was arrested by Penn Yan police on warrants issued by the village court.

Carlie Vega, 20, was arrested on five outstanding warrants and appeared in court where she was taken into custody.

Vega was arraigned on the outstanding charges in Penn Yan Village Court.
