Suspect wanted in drug trafficking investigation

EFFINGHAM COUNTY, Ga. (WSAV) – The Effingham County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit and the Screven County Sheriff’s Office have identified a suspect in connection with a drug trafficking investigation.

On Saturday, officers executed a search warrant for a home on Oak Street in Oliver.

William Elijah, 39, of Effingham County is wanted in connection with the seizure of a quantity of cocaine and crack cocaine, as well as items related to the manufacture of crack cocaine.
