Roseburg police cited a man on Sunday for an incident in which he threw trash on the street.

An RPD report said the 52-year-old was found at his camp in the 2000 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway at 9:30 a.m. The camp was surrounded by trash, about a hundred feet from the banks of the South Umpqua River. The man admitted the trash was his and was cited.
