Houston couple wins Love Island USA, shares reality show’s $100,000 prize

HOUSTON (KIAH) – On Sunday, July 21, it was announced that America had voted for Serena Page and Kordell Beckham as the winners of the Love Island USA Season 6After nearly six weeks of televised matches and strategic games, the two Houstonians beat three other couples in the final to win the $100,000 grand prize.

The two first struck up a connection on their first night in the Love Island villa, after arriving in matching outfits. Over the course of the show’s 30 episodes, the couple started off very slowly with Serena, 24, putting NFL star Odell Beckham’s younger brother in the friend zone.

Things took a dramatic turn on the show when Kordell, 22, returned to the villa with a new love match after spending time in House of lovea second villa introduced to provide singles with alternative love interests mid-game.

But the model quickly changed course and began competing for Serena’s attention again. In the final episode, the pair sat next to each other and reminisced about their time together in the villa. In their final televised moments together, the pair shared a kiss as fireworks went off in the background.

The Season 6 reunion is set to air August 19 at 9 p.m. and will be hosted by Bravo reality star, Ariana MadixYou can stream Love Island USA on Peacock.
