Wet weather all week, flooding possible

HOUSTON (KIAH) – Widespread thunderstorms are likely to occur every day this week as we are stuck in an active weather pattern. There will be plenty of moisture available for these storms, and some could be slow moving, meaning street flooding is possible.

Scattered thunderstorms are likely across our Southeast Texas region Monday, however, the most persistent rain is expected along a boundary extending from west Houston to north Houston.

On Tuesday, the greatest threat of rain moves a little further south.
