Storms move inland this week – Action News Jax

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Action News Jax’s First Alert Weather Team says storms should move inland this week.

First Alert meteorologist Garrett Bedenbaugh says it will be another hot and humid day with scattered showers and thunderstorms expected in the afternoon. He says any afternoon thunderstorms will move inland over time.

Temperatures will be above 30 degrees all week, with a chance of rain every day. The best chance of thunderstorms is generally away from the beaches. Feels like temperatures will be above 38 degrees.

There are currently no risk areas in the tropics.
