5-month-old toddler in critical condition after incident in Harris County, man arrested

HARRIS COUNTY, Texas – Authorities from Harris County Constable Precinct 4 are on the scene of an incident on Ella Boulevard.

According to officials, there is a heavy police presence in the 14300 block of Ella Boulevard.

Officers responded to the location and referred to a five-month-old infant who was not breathing.

The child was taken to hospital by emergency services in critical condition.

Officials said an adult male was arrested in connection with the incident.
