Fatal crash on I-95 leads to southbound lane closures

BREVARD COUNTY, Fla. – The Florida Highway Patrol said troopers are on the scene of a fatal crash on southbound Interstate 95 in Brevard County.

According to FHP, the accident occurred on I-95 south of St. Johns Heritage Parkway.

Police said all southbound lanes were closed while the victims were airlifted and police conducted the investigation.

FHP urges drivers to seek an alternate route while the road is being cleared.

Traffic will be diverted to St. Johns Heritage Parkway.
