2 persons arrested for sexual harassment of women in Nagarkurnool

Hyderabad: Two businessmen were arrested on Saturday, July 21, for allegedly sexually harassing two women in Achampet in Nagarkurnool district.

The incident occurred on July 18, when the victim, who occasionally worked as a cleaner at the defendant’s facility, was traveling in the defendant’s car while under the influence of alcohol.

According to reports, they were sexually harassed by the defendants during the car ride.

Based on the women’s complaint, the police took the accused into custody and during questioning they confessed to the crime.

Proceedings were initiated and the accused were taken into custody.

Further investigations are ongoing.
