Two people seriously injured after single-vehicle crash in Black Rock neighborhood

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A vehicle struck a tree shortly after 10 p.m. Saturday night at the intersection of Arthur and Tonawanda streets, causing what appeared to be serious injuries, Buffalo police said.

Authorities said two people were inside the vehicle.


The accident remains under investigation.
