Second accusation of abuse and “proof” that he did not attack the masseur?

New allegations of sexual assault have been raised against John Travolta after a second masseur reportedly joined the lawsuit against the Hollywood star.

Documents for the $2 million (£1.23 million) lawsuit were amended on Tuesday after an unidentified man claimed the 58-year-old “Grease” star tried to initiate sex at an Atlanta hotel on January 28.

According to Radar Online, the second plaintiff claims that he has “extensive documentation and numerous witnesses regarding the content of Travolta’s actions.”

In the first case, filed Friday, another massage therapist claimed Travolta sexually harassed him at the Beverly Hills Hotel on Jan. 16. The case made headlines around the world.

Both lawsuits were filed by Okorie Okorocha, a Los Angeles-based attorney.

Travolta filed a countersuit for malicious prosecution.

Travolta’s lawyer Martin Singer said: “Our client will be fully acquitted in court on both counts of these absurd and fabricated charges.”

Meanwhile, the gossip portal TMZ already claims to have evidence proving Travolta’s innocence in the first case.

They reportedly have a photo of Travolta in New York on January 16. The photo places him 2,475 miles away from the Beverly Hills Hotel, where the first attack is said to have taken place.

They also have a receipt that appears to show the actor ate at a New York restaurant that day. The bill totalled $482 (£299) and was reportedly signed by the Grease star.

Thanks to his leading roles in “Saturday Night Fever,” “Grease,” and “Pulp Fiction,” Travolta is one of the most famous movie stars in the world.

He is married to Kelly Preston.
