Armie Hammer denies cannibalism allegations, refutes rumor that Robert Downey Jr. paid for his rehab, and says he had a “very sexually charged” affair with a rape accuser!

Armie Hammer continues to speak out on these disturbing cannibalism allegations and more!

As Perezcious readers will recall, the 37-year-old actor’s big-screen career came to an abrupt halt in 2021 when he was accused of “violently” raping his ex and “mentally, emotionally and sexually” abusing her. Effie Angelova. Other women made similar allegations, claiming that Armie had cannibalistic fantasies and BDSM preferences. In the same year Courtney Vucekovich even said Page Six that the gossip Girl Alaun supposedly wants to “break my rib, grill it and eat it.” Yuck!

Armie has always denied any wrongdoing and claimed that all of his relationships were consensual. After a two-year investigation into Effie’s allegations, the Los Angeles Police Department decided not to charge him with sexual assault or other crimes. Since then The social network The star has spoken out about the allegations made against him. And he apparently has a lot more to say!

On Friday, Armie appeared on Piers Morgan uncensored on Friday to discuss in detail the allegations of sexual assault and cannibalism. Piers Morgan wasted no time in addressing the alarming claims, but asked bluntly in the first seconds of the interview:

“Let’s first address the obvious. Are you a cannibal?”

Damn! He got straight to the point! Armie’s response? He said:

“You know what you have to do to be a cannibal? You have to have actually eaten someone.”

When asked if he had ever “eaten human flesh”, the Call me by your name Star denied this again and said:

“No. By the way, I never thought I would have to answer that question. But no, never.”

Hmm. Armie then denied the other allegations – particularly those made by Effie of sexual assault and abuse. Of the affair they had when he was married to his now ex-wife, Elisabeth Kammershe said:

“This was a very intense, very sexually charged affair between two people with very similar inclinations and preferences. All of our conversations within this relationship don’t look so good anymore when you take them out of that context and bring them into the light of day. You know, different people have different sexual fantasies. And there is a very broad spectrum of sexuality, and people are allowed to live out their own sexuality in a way that suits them and their activities.”

He added that he believes the cannibalism rumors were “born out of a desire, like, ‘I want you so much’ and ‘I want you so completely’ that it’s almost like I want to eat you.'” What?! Elsewhere in the interview, Armie addressed the reports that he sought help from Robert Downey Jr. amid the huge scandal. As you may remember, Vanity Fair reported that the Wonder Actor allegedly paid for the Death on the Nile The star’s nearly six-month stay in a Florida rehab clinic as he struggled with drug, alcohol and sex problems. When asked about the support he received from RDJ, Armie clarified the matter:

“No, he didn’t. He didn’t pay for my rehab visit. I don’t want to put anyone else in my situation. There are a number of people who have helped me a lot and I am incredibly grateful.”

However Oppenheimer The actor was a huge help in other ways too. Armie explained that Robert was there for him “just like anybody in Hollywood who suffers from any kind of addiction issue – whether it’s alcohol, litigation or drug addiction – decides to get clean. This guy will find you and help you,” adding:

“It is wonderful.”

He also got some advice from him. Armie claimed that Robert told him during the controversy:

“‘Sit down, shut up, everything will be fine.'”

Other celebrities, however? They were not as helpful to Armie as Robert. He noticed that his other former co-stars Leonardo DiCaprio And Julia Roberts never contacted him. However, he is not worried about “the people who haven’t contacted me.” Instead, he wants to “focus on the people who have and shown their support” – like Robert, co-star from Lone Ranger Johnny DeppAnd challenger director Luca GuadagninoThe filmmaker, who worked with Armie on Call me by your namehas been “vocal in his support, which I couldn’t appreciate more,” he told Piers. Ultimately, Armie holds no grudges toward anyone who hasn’t supported him through it all:

“At the same time, I am also aware that the situation is currently precarious and anyone who voices their support will come under fire. I understand that my situation was inflammatory and anyone who comes too close to me could also come under fire.”

Wow…

We wonder what Effie, Paige Lorenzeand the other women who bravely came forward with these allegations have to say about all of his comments. Watch the entire interview (below):
