Forget the old Crown Vic, the Miami Beach Police Department just rolled out a Rolls Royce

MIAMI BEACH, Fla – I bet you’ve never seen a black and white cop car like this in your rearview mirror.

Miami Beach police just unveiled a Rolls Royce Ghost with all lights and sirens.

The department partnered with Braman Motors to unveil the unique police car on Thursday.

But this luxury ride won’t lead to crime scenes.

The department said it would be used to create buzz in its recruiting efforts.

“We are excited to introduce our new promotional vehicle, made possible through our collaboration with Braman Motors,” said Chief Wayne Jones. “This vehicle represents our commitment to innovation and our commitment to recruiting the best and brightest minds to serve our community.”

The department noted that “this vehicle is actually part of the Braman Motors fleet and all costs associated with this project were sponsored in accordance with City of Miami Beach policies.”

A 2023 Rolls Royce Ghost sells for between $350,000 and $400,000.
