Mountain Home VA officials transferred to JC as part of investigation

The director and deputy director of the Mountain Home VA in Johnson City are under investigation for alleged misconduct and failure to follow VA processes. The two directors have been temporarily reassigned. As a result of the investigation, VA Medical Center Director Dean Borsos was transferred to the VA MidSouth Healthcare System Network Director’s office and Deputy Director Dr. Colleen Noe was temporarily transferred to the Veterans Integrated Services Network office in Nashville. No one has been arrested and no one is under investigation for criminal activity, officials said.
